Honestly speaking, this was the very first thought that came to my mind while looking for options. Almost every uni or college these days flaunt themselves to be the best and confuses the person about where to go. But since you asked about Chandigarh University, being a student I must tell you that the environment here is very addictive :P. I mean talking about the negative things, its hard to name them. I was double minded while taking admission here 3 yrs ago but its all cool now. Everything here is easy and sorted. You don’t need to step out of campus in order to get anything. Another thing you’ll be flattered about is that AUTHORITIES ACTUALLY LISTEN TO THE STUDENTS. Study wise its very good and modern, you can learn about it on the internet too. Then there is some fest or event every week or there are workshops, seminars, etc. Overall, my review is that this Uni is very student-friendly. One can actually enjoy his uni life here while studying side by side in a university well recognized.
