Why is SRM University considered to be bad?

Srm has an intake of over 5000 students an year and You can expect only 50 -60 percent placements
Very high fee structure
Average academics
faculty is not that qualified
Admission process is not transparent
If attendance in any subject is less than 75% then 10,000 rs. fine per subject and detention.
