Why are the Manipal Jaipur hostel fees so high?

The hostel fees of 1.6 lakh includes the following:

A spacious AC room with an attached washroom,nice wardrobe,study table and other amenities.
Mantainenace and cleaning of the room
The food provided by the mess throughout the year which includes breakfast, lunch,evening snacks and dinner. (Special menu during festivals)
Believe me or not the food provided in Manipal Jaipur is way better than any other IIT or college.
The 30gb of data provided to every bTech student each month through ION WIFI. ( Shocked?Well that’s true)
The festivals like Holi, Sakranti etc are celebrated in the hostel campus which the hostellers enjoy\U0001f603
