For any medical entrance including NEET, NCERT books are the key.Also do follow the study packages given by your coaching institute(if you are attending any)

Physics-HC Verma,Resnick and Halliday
Chemistry-OP Tandon for Inorganic and Organic,PC Bahadur for Physical Chemistry
Biology-I really didn’t use any reference books for biology.Just looked into the Aakash DLP Material for some extra information. Some of my friends used Trueman
I also found the MTG monthly magazines quite useful.
Remember these reference books are useful only for clarifying specific doubts and must not be your main book.
I assure you atleast 95% of questions in NEET can be answered with a thorough reading of NCERT for Phy,Chem and Bio
