Under INR 6Lakh, it is very difficult to find a good B school. Focus on the course content, faculty, grooming programs, placements & most importantly ROI (determined by high salary median and low fees).
Course wise, you should choose B schools offering PGDM with dual specialization and technology blend. AICTE affiliation is also desirable. Faculty wise, the college should have a good number if faculty from industry; the college should also provide grooming programs all over the year, placements should be good with high median salary and finally the college should charge very nominal so that ROI is really good.
I suggest that you check out ASB Hyderabad/ Ashoka School of Business. They charge only around INR 6–6.5L for two-year full-time PGDM course. If you do not opt for foreign excursion the fee reduces further. So you may check there. You may also try IISWBM in Kolkata, but getting there is very difficult. FMS Delhi is also great, but getting into that college is extremely difficult as that is one of the best B Schools in India. All the best.
