Which is good for engineering, LPU or Chandigarh University?

Both are the renowned universities. I had my experience with both the universities, One point to be noted is that Lovely Professional University is the market leader since last two decades and has established themself as a best private university.Not to get confused with Chandigarh as the city so Chandigarh as the govt. university.
