See the real world needs both at times and the other can’t operate without one.
As per my knowledge in these 3 years of engineering at a private college i would tell you what exactly is the difference ( I belong to IT)
- We learn subjects like DBMS, ADA, JAVA one semester earlier
- They learn some additional subjects that semester and the next semester reverse happens
- They’re supposed to complete minor project in 6th semester & major in 7th
- While we have nothing to do so officially before 7th & 8th semester
- Both have same amount of RGPV syllabus knowledge
- Same package of 3–4 lac would be provided to us
- The only difference we notice is TWO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS , DIFFERENT FACULTIES but same TEACHINGS
- The ID card makes no difference with IT & CSE
