Which is better compared to VIT, Vellore or IIITs except the top 5 IIIT’s for a CS degree?

So top 5 IIITs are Hyderabad, Bangalore, delhi, allahabad and gwalior

And top 5 in josaa would be allahabad, gwalior, lucknow, jabalpur and kancipuram

So, after eliminating above option, I would still not recommend VIT vellore instead I would recommend IIIT guwahati, IIIT kurnool, IIIT pune and IIIT sonipat and IIIT bhuvneshwar and IIIT vadodara.

Reason behind is

1. IIITs have INI(institute of national importance) tag.
2. Number of student in CS branch. IIITs hardly have 150 to 200 students in CS where as VIT alone have students in thousands
3. Fees which is also a major factor. For example my friend in VIT vellore is paying around 22 lakhs for CS degree where as I am paying only 8 lakhs Rs in IIIT gwalior
4. Above mentioned IIITs which are new are mentored by top IITs , NITs and IIITs.
