If you want a job after master’s degree and settle in India, go for BITS.
If you want a PhD/job and want to settle abroad/or even India later, go for MS.
BITS if you are financially not very stable.
MS if you have good amount of money and you can take up some loan.
After MS it will be tough to settle back in India, and get a job that pays as much as you would have earned abroad, so weigh your options
