Which college is better: Manipal University, Jaipur or UPES, Dehradun?

I personally didn’t seek towards it but my friend who hails from Dehra Dun, got a option to which he chose Manipal Jaipur over it. Moreover, UPES Dehra Dun specialises in chemical engineering so If you are looking forward towards chemical, then you can opt that without blinking an eye. But Manipal Jaipur scores in totality.
