As the exam is being conducted by CBSE, thorough reading of the NCERT (National Council of Educational Research and Training) textbooks is must. The content of NCERT books should be read completely and figures given should be understood minutely. Students must solve the exercises given in the NCERT books,

Taking full length mock papers and previous year papers towards then end will help you master the art of finishing the whole paper within time limit and give you a hint about real exam level.

  • Be consistent. To get into a top-notch college, you need to study sincerely for about 7-8 hours daily. You may go above it but don’t fall below 6 hours. You might be a genius, but it’s always the hard work that’s more reliable.
  • Study all the chapters as they are taught to you. Don’t let anything go to the back portion. It’s something that begins piling up once it starts.
  • Make sure you complete your 11th and 12th syllabi by December. Then you should begin solving question papers with a timer.
  • Solve questions daily. Application of knowledge is way more important than gaining it.
  • Make a daily time table and follow it dutifully. Include as much self-study-time you can squeeze into it.
  • Rest is important. Don’t overwork yourself. Sleep at least (and max.) 6 hours.
  • It is more important to increase quality of study than quantity of study.
