With the rapid globalisation and diversification of societies, both demographically and politically, there is a need to re-imagine learning and education methods. The UPES School For Life is the result of such re-imagination and re-alignment that aims to provide students with life skills and knowledge channelised from practical experience to address the need of the 21st Century learner and the future of higher education in India.
The School For Life seeks to provide a learning pathway to students from diverse backgrounds by offering a choice of in-depth learning in the liberal arts, humanities and life skill subjects. We also aim to equip students with the life skills necessary to lead a successful personal and professional life.
Through its unique curricular structure, the School for Life aims to deliver a dynamic curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular learning experience for students enrolled across the seven schools at UPES. Under UPES’ signature Course Design, students choose from four academically integrated areas. Core Specialization courses are focused on the core specialism subjects offered in the main programme of study.
