What is the cheaper alternative to the SRM hostel for a fresher in CSE?

If you choose not to stay at a hostel, you could stay at abode valley which is very near to the campus. However that would not be advisable because being a fresher, you wouldn’t be accustomed to the area and you would find yourself burdened with a lot of responsibilities. I’d suggest staying at the hostel for the first year and move out from the second year.
