What is the admission process of Bennett University for a BTech CSE? Is it good or should I go for VIT or any other institute?

The admission process includes you applying online in their website. They take 12th marks/JEE marks.

Bennett seems like a pretty good university but if you are able to get VIT, it seems wiser to go to VIT.
