I have done my graduation from Lakshmibai college (Ashok vihar).I would be lying if i say i was happy when i took admission there.I was disappointed and cursed myself for not scoring good in math s.My dream was Hansraj ,it was close to my home and i had always dreamt of hanging out in north campus and showing off my t-shirt bearing my college name.
My best of four was 91.5%. My PLAN was to wait for the subsequent cut off lists and take admission in NORTH CAMPUS but it never happened
College life began
- The environment was friendly, teachers were welcoming and taught us well.
- ALMOST every saturday our student union used to take us for trips to the places like adventure island , kingdom of dreams, pratapgarh etc
- I tried my hand in dramatics , took part in workshop organised by NSD and participated in play(Our college doesn’t have auditorium but they left no stone unturned and booked the auditorium of SRCC and we performed there)
- Our college was active in organizing competitions like Debates,extempore, elocution,love letter(you read it right):p etc. I still have those lovely gifts which they gave us when we won competitions
