Their is no such branch. I will answer considering it as MnC branch.
Coming directly to point 1 placment scenarios:
This branch is almost similar to CSE in IIT Patna. And almost all the company which allow CSE will also allow for Mnc branch. Their is only one year of course work here for all M.Tech in IIT Patna. And in remaining 11 months you can do 6/11 months internship or your MTP. So, almost every one from MnC/CSE will get internship easily. And after doing 6/11 months on intern one should easily get PPO.
Companies in which current batch placed is Intel,Mercedice Benz, Optum,NXP, Samsung…
Now coming to point no 2 Future scope:
if You want to go for higher studies. Then you will easily get good collage by the recommendation of your supervisor.
