This is misconception of the fact.
North Indians should respect the culture & tradition. Even though not knowing the local languages. The south Indian states like Karnataka, Tamil nadu, Kerela the official language is the local language. That is, the people should speak in the local language of states. Since most of the North Indians do not get settled here. Census shows that mostly North Indians are in south India for 5–6 years. South Part is more grown and developed as compared to North part.
It’s Okay if you don’t know the local language, atleast we should respect the culture & tradition of the State.
