I don’t think so ,
maybe you can consider it between the toughness levels of neet 2019 and neet 2020. I am saying this because physics in 2021 came a bit better level than 2020 physics but chemistry was moderate whereas biology was easy again. From 2019 , neet paper has been on easier side, so it’s not of much importance to compare their toughness levels.
