I am kinda confused by your question.
What mostly students ask is “should i take a drop from NEET or study abroad”
Here your are like choosing whether you should operate on a human being or operate on a machine.
Just by your question it sounds like you are not Keen to become a doctor or have any interest doing it. If you would have asked take a drop or do BDS, BHMS etc i would understand that you are weighing you options in medical fields, but here you are weighing two different fields.
Feeling that you are not keen to enter into medical field i would suggest that you should take B.tech, as having Medical field as an option and going for it half heartedly will land you nowhere.
Sit alone for sometime, ask yourself what you want to do and where you see yourself 10 years from now, and i am sure you will come up with an answer that will suit you the best.
