My JEE Mains rank is 7715. What are the best options for me in CSE in the general category, male?

First of all, thats a very decent rank.

If you belong to Delhi, then you can get CSE in Delhi Technological University (DTU) in third or fourth round of councelling.

But if you are not a delhite then you should have registered for JOSAA.
