With this rank you can definitely get into BMSCE.
Now coming to branch, there are chances that you might get ISE. If not ISE then consider the newly offered branch ML & AI (Placement wise everything would be same as compared to CSE and ISE). Also you can get a CSE equivalent certificate from VTU if you want to go for further studies.
If you want to stick to ISE then go for MSR
