You can quit at any time you want that is not an issue provided you have to loose money, most probably you need to pay one year complete tution fee and what ever you have already paid till now is not going to be refunded at any cost.Generally they charge money because they have to waste one seat because if u were not taken admission some other would have had the chance of getting that seat. You can contact the management and make the things clear. But this gives you some basic idea and you can be prepared of how to move forward.
