The answer to your question is a big ‘NO’.
Manipal is a tier two college whereas IIT’s are tier one colleges which are way superior than Manipal in brand name but if you talk of education standards and infrastructure , Manipal is ahead of IIT’s as it also has an international campus , so its way ahead than many IIT’s in infrastructure.
