Depends. Are you really interested in the subject? Considering you’ve done some research in the same, it is pretty good if you want to do further studies in the same domain. If you really are just looking for a job after B Tech, it is still a good branch but you wouldn’t necessarily get a core job. There are just a handful of them.
And if you aren’t sure of the branch, look into IEM too. It’s a pretty good alternative.
