Is it worth paying 16 lakhs for Manipal Institute of Technology?

Today I was thinking a lot about this.
I am about to sit for my placements soon from the 7th sem.
Naturally I was trying to think if I made the right decision by coming here (MIT,Manipal).
I was thinking about the time three years ago when I was to make the same decision and even I had a lot options.
Here were my options –
1. KCET Rank – 3k ( A college in bangalore with annual tuition of about 50k)
2.MIT Manipal – 2559 (Total Tuition – 9 Lakhs ( 4 years ) + hostel etc..)
3.Symbiosis School of Management – ( yes I took management exams )
4. AIEEE – about 19k (not sure) some college in Karnataka maybe counselling was very late
5. VIT – Opted for mechanical there as manipal results were not out till my counselling. They charged me 10k as counselling fee. ( I promise to take that back one day)
6.Take up Charted Accountancy – Jain college Bangalore would’ve given me scholarship as my boards marks we high.
7.Some University in Delhi – again board marks were high ( but family was against Delhi)
8. Architecture this was an option had given AIEEE Architecture test as well.
