I’m not sure, I’ve heard a lot of good and bad things about that college. But to just give you a perspective, the teacher who taught us Property Law is now the Head of Department there. In all bluntness, he was THE worst teacher that we have had in our college life till now. So if you can take a drop, go for it. Else choose it if you really don’t have much options. Good luck!
