Is Chandigarh University good for pursuing B.E. in CSE since I have seen quite bad reviews of this university on Quora and I just want to know the exact situation of this university?

CU is best in Punjab for CSE i think ( considering that it gives admission without any written test) and also focuses on the education of CSE students the most. They have all the infrastructure , trainers and teachers they need and also many guest lectures are delivered.
