You certainly cannot improve it now if you are in your 3 year but one thing that might help you is to be confident and cache on that single opportunity that comes your way. Opportunities might be less but if you are worth it you will definitely get the job. Improve your coding skillset and it will further open more doors. Best of luck 🙂
