Ok , I am not the right person for your question because I scored 631 in NEET 2020, but i can help you to reach 650+ score . Since 3 months are left , and i am assuming you must have completed your syllabus once. So, you should give full syllabus mock test on daily basis , on the particular time on which NEET 2021 will be conducted. After each test you should note down your mistakes you did in the paper. If the mistake is because of lack of knowledge you must refer concerned topic. If you are doing silly mistakes, you should try to not repeat the same mistake again in the next mock test. Revise your weak topics if required and stick to the syllabus published by NTA. Repeated mock tests will help to minimize your mistakes , and it will definitely increase your score.
