As far as the curriculum is concerned, there is little difference between I.T. and CSE in VIT Vellore. The placements cell is the same for both the branches. If you love CSE and do not get one, opting for I.T. will be a good option that you won’t regret.
If you want to go for CSE at any cost, then choose VIT Chennai over SRM.
I personally would suggest that opting for IT at Vellore is better than opting for CSE at Chennai.
