I am a class 12 student and I have recently been through this phase.I have got no intentions of scaring you but I will just advice and warn you about certain things x)
Well till class 10 I was in a girls school and for board preference I jumped to another school which is co-ed. Being a medical aspirant I had to take coaching in various subjects i.e meeting and interacting with new people.
Until class X I was a very disciplined, nerdy, orthodox girl.My friends were also like me.I guess I was like this because I was from a very disciplined school.Like if we posted anything derogatory, we were literally suspended from our schools.Still there were people who broke rules and we ignored them in particular.Things went on smoothly till class 10
