You Can’t!
I tried to do this. In Indore, I scored 78% from CBSE (PCM). Marks weren’t enough for JEE so I decided to drop a year and repeat 12th grade via MP Board (to increase my percentage).
Eventually, after applying through a local MP-B school, my application got rejected as they told me I can’t reappear through any state board.
The only options left were either CBSE or NIOS, I knew that it won’t possible for me to cross 80% by CBSE so I gave NIOS a shot.
Scored 96.4% in the next year but believe me this NIOS marksheet is nothing but junk. It has no use at all, most of the colleges denied my application even after freaking 96.4%!
Better to go with what you have scored already.
