I graduated in 2018 so I think I can answer this question to a certain extent especially for the CSE and ISE departments.
Well, Placements are excellent. Almost everyone gets placed, be it mass recruiters or not. The packages vary from 3–4LPA to 25LPA+. Adobe offered a 40LPA package (only to women).
Coming to the other branches, there are no shortage of jobs. Most students end up getting an IT job and the rest get jobs related to their field of study.
Ultimately, it all comes down to your hard work and dedication. It might get frustrating at first, but don’t give up as the offers keep coming in till the end of the academic year. There is no such “peak” season for companies to come so keep trying.
