I completed my b.tech in ECE in 2017 in LPU. If your choice is to take CSE it is good one. Whether you have a good knowledge or not in programming language you have to get hands on practice in coding to solve any given problem. You will get core companies like amazon with very high packages above 10 lackhs per annum. University provies almost every thing required for your course to enhance your coding skill unless you volunteer yourself. So its good choice to take CSE if you choose to learn as much as you can.
