I study in VIT. So I’ll be really honest with you.
- Infrastructure wise VIT is one of the best universities of India.
- Placement record at VIT has always been 100%, this makes some happy- but the truth is 95% of them go for mass placements (wipro, Infosys, cognizant) average package of 3-5 pa the rest 5% are placed in core companies with an optimum package of 5-10 on an average.
- VIT has a lot of rules and regulations imposed on you that’ll suck you dry. But don’t worry there are many loopholes and you still can enjoy your stay here.
- VIT is very hot, in literal sense too. Summers the temperature go up to 40deg C.
- You can always go for an ac room. Or else spend all of your free time in library, this way you can beat the heat and also gain wisdom 😛
