I’ll keep it short — if you’ve never gone through the syllabus once, you can’t *BUT* if you have, even during your mbbs, you still have hopes.
If you have made notes, revise your notes with previous year questions and explanations on marrow.
If you don’t have your notes, go through marrow revision videos at 2x and solve previous year topics and go through their explanations. If you don’t get something, forget it and move on.
This is your best bet.
