Appear into SSC (Staff Selection Commission) Cimbined Graduate level exam and clear it if you are lucky you would get into CBI as PSI – Sub Inspector. You would be eligible if you are graduate.This exam takes place every year.
Or
You can become Asstt. Programmer through UPSC and assist in Investigation from Cyber point of view.
But for investigation you have to join as PSI in CBI.
