it depends on the regulation u are currently in. If u belong to regulations until 2012 then i am sure that u can attempt all of them in the same semister if u want to and from the next regulation onwards there has been a change in the system that u cannot directly force a subject to get detained by yourself but a less percentage in your attendance can pull you for a detention and if already got 6 SUBJECTS AS ARREARS as described by you earlier then you are left out with only an option i.e., appearing all of them and clear them and for any further queries you can post a query
