Yes surely you can. As you haven’t mentioned in the question about your profile and what course you want to persue. So keeping in mind you want to get a seat in DU, you can go for Sanskrit hons or some other course whose cutoff are very low relatively. Or if you are a category student, you can take admission in off campus colleges as their cutoff tends to fall after 3 cutoff. You should look at the previous year cutoff to get better idea about it.
