Quite bad. If you are thinking about doing mtech it means you want to work in core aerospace. The companies for core aerospace are very less. Pretty much everyone is forced to go for non core companies. The core aerospace companies go for people from other departments like mechanical and electrical.
If you really want to work in core I would recommend you to apply to PSUs like DRDO, HAL, ISRO and NAL. Your chances might be better if you do mtech but MS program is more intense and useful
