How are the placements at Manipal University Jaipur in 2019 (2020 outgoing batch)?

The training and placement department is bad. I am a 4th yr student and during the placement drive for Microsoft, one of the student who wasn’t shortlisted after online exam, got to sit in the interview and got selected, which is unfair to other deserving students. Apparently, that student had some sort of connections in the training and placement cell and that student’s father helped through. Many students did raise their voice but are afraid as the training and placement cell might ban them from rest of the placement drive. The training and placement dept. is also trying their best to get information of person who has written the first answer to this question and that is the reason why even after so many views of college students, that answer still doesn’t have upvotes, because the students are afraid that the Training and placement dept. might take action against them for demanding equality in placements. 20 lakhs for 4 years with end result like this isn’t a fair deal according to me. Look for some other college first. Hope this helps.
