I might be lucky, since I haven’t had to face that many incompetent faculty. In fact, the teachers I had for my Data Structures, Operating Systems, Relational Database Management Systems and Object Oriented Programming using Java courses absolutely went above and beyond and taught the course in a very interesting manner.
Of course, some faculty are very subjective (I won’t name names) and would hold grudges against you in the internal marks and one even did this during exam evaluation which you normally expect to be pretty transparent.
However, overall, I’m happy with the faculty, in so far as teaching goes. When it comes to research, I think MUJ is severely constrained, both in terms of funding and in terms of competence, since many of the faculty members didn’t strike me as particularly competent when it comes to research. Of course, you can take my words with a pinch of salt since I might just be very naive and unobservant.
