Does RVCE have strict rules?

Thanks for the A2A!

What is strict, can be a largely subjective opinion.
There can be no definitive answer to this, so I’ll provide a real-life scenario of various aspects of RV and you can decide for yourself if you will find RV strict or not.

Academics:-
Tests/Exams:-
We have 3 internals every semester. Best out of 2 are considered, so many people utilize this to the maximum and write just 2 tests out of 3.
I personally feel this is a huge advantage, you always have another extra internal in case your earlier two went bad. Or, what most people do, is they write 4/6 subjects in each internals, thereby giving more time to study for each internal.
The harsh reality about internals is that we have 2 tests(2 hours each) in 1 day.

Attendance Requirements:-
The attendance requirement is kept at 75% for the Internals and 85% for the SEE (Semester End Examination). This helps you engage in various other activities, without actually being worried about attendance.
More over if you are involved in other college events, you get more of a levy.
