General tips for all freshman:
- Donot expect your engineering life to be so much fun. Donot!!
- RV is a safe option if you are looking for a decent placement assuming you turn out pretty fine as you graduate. So cheer up placement hungry teens.
- There’s going to be enough competition in your class. Since mostly hardworking rankers join this college(Just ignore those undeserving pseudo reservations).
- Prepare for 85% attendance policy(Which is too much by the way)!! Being a freshman, You won’t get too much time to have fun.
- Almost Every Saturday and Sunday is off. So spend those days wisely. You won’t get to have much fun on the weekdays.
- You are not some cool freshman in some xyz world renowned university. So learn to adhere to some “not so sensible” dress Code. NO T SHIRTS to college(Which kinda okay if you can stand those humid lectures wearing shirts).
