It all depends on one’s interests. But what I can assure is that BITS Hyderabad will give you a wide variety of choices to explore in the form of Clubs and Departments. Almost Every field from various spheres be it Competetive Coding,Marketing,Entrepreneurship,Astronomy,Cooking(!!!) etc. is covered in some form or the other by Clubs and Departments.
I will list out some of the clubs and I will try to generalize as much as possible.
1.CRUX- This is the coding club of our campus. If you have interest in coding and in future want to be a cool-coder,this is your place to be in.I am not in this club but I have heard that they also work on various projects and prototypes.
2.Entrepreneurship Cell(E-cell)- The purpose of this club can be guessed by the name itself. This club works to build and improve the entrepreneurship culture in the campus. They organize various workshops and interactive session for the students of the campus so that they get some valuable insights regarding entrepreneurship. This club is also responsible for organizing E-Summit which is a fest wherein there are number of Talks(by prominent speakers) and Competitions which are related to Entrepreneurship. If you want to be an entrepreneur, joining this club would surely prove to be beneficial.
