How can i be outstand as a good fresher at UPES?

First things first. Improve your English. Even the question you’ve put is in the wrong format.

To be an outstanding student, maintain a good CGPA, i.e., near 80%.

Secondly, be a member of atleast 3 Organising Committees.

Take part and win some position in atleast 2 events every year.

Be an active member in an NGO.

Join some societies and work in it. A position in a society would be really helpful for your CV.

Organise some witty events.

Practice Public Speaking everywhere possible.

Take part and win in quizzes.

Play a sport.
