An interior designer usually starts their career with an internship which pays them around 10,000 to 12,000. Depending on the employer the interior design is paid with a monthly salary of 15,000 to 20,000. An assistant interior designer ranges between Rs. 30,000 to Rs.40,000 per month. For senior interior designers, the salary, including bonuses and commission is approximately Rs. 800,000 to Rs. 3,000,000 per annum.
