Well obviously moments with parents and family would be something par any feelings, and everywher we mention this, but here i would mention an incident that made me feel luckiest with my Buddies…
Once i had to solve issue on a system being daily used by more than 200 people, so, i had to stay back after office hours as otherwise server could not be restarted while people were using it.
Normally, office end time was 5:30 pm, so by 6:15 pm, i was all alone (with some other office security and maintenance staff) in entire building which would buzz up entire day with more than 500 people. Obviously, i was bit scared, and even panicking situation was the issue was not getting solved.
My Teamlead had told me that i can leave and complete it the next day early morning, even my colleagues and friends asked me twice-thrice that i should leave, but freak as i am, i become restless if something is not ok from my side.
So aroung 6:50, the issue got resolved, i re-checked once again and with a breathe of relief turned off my machine, packed my bad and had a glance around the unbelievably silent office and a chill ran down my spine seeing the darkness outside, due to ongoing winter. My office was 27kms away, so i still had more one and half hours to reach home. Though office bus was there, and Surat is all safe for girls, but still the inner soul of any girl would identify fears bugging my mind.
