You have a lot of options. But again, it depends on your interest which way you want to grow.
- If you have done graduation in IT, you can remain in your own field and go for GATE. There is a common paper in GATE for both CS graduate as well as IT graduate. Scoring good marks in this exam, you can get a job interview call from PSUs (Public Sector Undertakings). To name a few PSUs for IT graduates that I know are IOCL, ISRO, BARC, BEL, CONCOR.
- Other than GATE, there is a special recruitment drive conducted by IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel selections) for IT specialists. There you have to clear an exam in which your IT knowledge will be tested along with aptitude test.
- If you have not done graduation in IT or want to try your hand in non-technical field. You can go for exams like SSC CGL exam, Bank PO exams or even further up to Civil Services Exams if you can dare :-P. These exams are not for any particular stream of graduation.
