You should keep the following factors in mind before making a decision

UPES

Very costly
Limited exposure during college life and even during placement
Good for core streams like mechanical, automotive and indeed a gem if you get Petroleum.
Don’t opt for CSE or ECE or any related stream as they are way better in other colleges
Very limited extra curricular activities
Uniform in college.
